The views from the Double Room with Mountain View were exceptional, with the mountains framing the backdrop beautifully. The room itself was spacious, which made lounging around a pleasure after long days out.
Multiple issues marred the experience. The absence of a lift made hauling bags a chore, and the water pressure in the shower barely registered. After one night, we were greeted with no hot water, and the smell of mold lingered, particularly in the first room we were assigned. One of the bathroom shelves fell off the wall with minimal weight on it, showcasing a lack of maintenance. Other minor inconveniences included a loud power outage in the afternoon and unreliable Wi-Fi on the last night. The overall upkeep of facilities felt lacking as well, with dirty furniture, leaks, and noticeable wear and tear throughout.

Vang Vieng vibes 🌄
The family running the place is super friendly and helped a ton with transport arrangements. Our room was spacious and clean, and the brekkie had lekker fruit! The pool was a fun spot for the kids too.
Just a heads up, the water pressure in the shower could be better.

Opt for the minivan service for a hassle-free and budget-friendly transfer to Vientiane. it's more cost-effective than the train.

Awesome mountain views!
The views from our room were seriously stunning and made waking up a joy. The staff were super helpful, giving us tips for local attractions and even arranging transportation for us. The breakfast spread was pretty good, loved the fresh fruits. Just wished the shower had better water pressure. it was a bit of a trickle sometimes.

Shower water pressure could use some improvement. it made for a bit of a struggle sometimes.

We had a lovely time exploring the nearby VLT Natural Tours and Wat Si Souman. The atmosphere was family-friendly, and our son's support dog was welcomed, which really made our stay comfortable. The large room was perfect for our family.
My kids wished for better water pressure in the shower.

Picturesque views from the room complemented the spacious layout. The staff were incredibly helpful, assisting with room changes and local tour information, which made exploring easier. the air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool, especially on hot days, and the bathroom had some damp issues.

The Double Room with Mountain View was spacious and clean, which I really appreciated. The beds were super comfy, and I loved the view from the top floor. The soundproofing worked well, so it was nice and quiet at night. The shower could use better water pressure, though.
